Control Shift uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, useful actions and the effectiveness of Google Ads. Measurement runs by default and you can turn it off at any time; once turned off, the Google measurement tag stops loading.

Analytics may include page views, controlled CTA locations, project slugs and successful form completion. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and other form values are not sent to analytics. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer.

Control Shift does not sell or rent personal information. A small number of providers help operate this website: Formspree for form delivery, Resend for sending the one-off confirmation email when you submit a form, Vercel for hosting, Google for website and advertising measurement (which you can turn off), and OpenAI for generating initial audit suggestions.

Information is provided to these services only for the relevant purpose and is handled under their own terms and privacy policies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information handled through this website. These include encrypted transmission, appropriate access controls, software updates and limited access to personal data.

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected or to meet legal and business record-keeping requirements.
