Agreement to Terms

Control Shift provides AI, automation, and technology services including:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Project Terms & Deliverables
Project Scope
Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Timeline
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Payment Terms
- •Deposits: A deposit is required before work begins on any project
- •Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal
- •Final Payment: Full payment must be received before final project delivery
- •Late Payments: Overdue payments may result in project suspension
- •Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the custom code and design elements created specifically for your project.
Third-Party Assets: Any third-party themes, plugins, stock photos, or other assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranties & Limitations
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However:
- •We cannot guarantee specific performance metrics or outcomes
- •We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions
- •AI system performance may vary based on data quality and external factors
- •We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our services beyond the project cost
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Australian courts.
